Purpose

ClearFace is built to connect images to public profiles of public figures and of people who chose to be findable. This policy describes uses we do not allow.

Prohibited Uses

  • Stalking, harassing, threatening or intimidating anyone.
  • Identifying or locating someone to cause them harm.
  • Making decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance or eligibility for any service.
  • Surveillance of people at protests, places of worship, medical facilities or similar sensitive locations.
  • Identifying minors.
  • Scraping, reselling or bulk exporting results.
  • Uploading images you do not have the right to use.

Law Enforcement

ClearFace is not offered to law enforcement or government agencies for identification.

Enforcement

We review reports and may suspend or terminate accounts that break this policy, and may report illegal activity to the authorities.
